Terms of service

These terms apply to contractors ("you") who use the appointment-setting service provided by ZXR Leads ("ZXR Leads"). By accepting appointments from ZXR Leads, you agree to these terms.

The service

ZXR Leads creates and runs Facebook and Instagram ads aimed at homeowners, and pays for that ad spend. Homeowners who respond can book an estimate appointment on your calendar and receive a text confirming it. ZXR Leads does not call, screen or follow up with homeowners by phone. Contacting the homeowner, running the appointment and closing the job are your responsibility.

Getting started

Ads go live within a week of your first call with ZXR Leads, once your ads are approved and your calendar is connected.

Price

The price is $147 per booked appointment. Ad spend is included. There are no setup fees or monthly retainers.

A booked appointment means a homeowner has submitted their contact details and selected a specific time for an estimate on your calendar.

No-shows and cancellations

No-shows may be refunded depending on the situation, as described in the no-show and refund policy. Appointments that don't qualify for a refund under that policy remain billable.

Billing

You will be invoiced for booked appointments. Payment is due as stated on each invoice. ZXR Leads may pause your campaign if an invoice is past due.

No guarantees

ZXR Leads does not guarantee a specific number of appointments, a booking rate, that any homeowner will hire you, or any amount of revenue. Ad results depend on factors outside ZXR Leads' control, including the ad platforms, seasonality and your market.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your calendar availability up to date.
• Contact homeowners promptly and treat them professionally.
• Hold any licenses and insurance required for your work.
• Follow all laws that apply to how you contact homeowners and use their information, including laws on calls and text messages.
• Use homeowner information only to provide the estimate and service they asked for, and never resell it.

Ad approval

You will get a chance to review ads before they go live. You're responsible for making sure anything you supply about your business, such as offers, licenses, reviews and photos, is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

Ending the service

There is no long-term contract. Either party can stop the service at any time by email. Appointments booked before the service ends remain billable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZXR Leads is not liable for lost profits, lost jobs or indirect damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ZXR Leads in the 30 days before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes apply to appointments booked after the updated date shown at the top.
